What is not included?

Some items are excluded from warranty coverage, including:

Worn-out batteries or batteries discharged due to prolonged inactivity (over 4 months)
Damage caused by overvoltage, improper use, transport, tampering, or natural events
Interventions carried out by unauthorized personnel
Parts subject to normal wear and tear (batteries, capacitors, fans, etc.)
